VOLUNTEERWe don't believe in band-aid solutions. The Youth Project is built around four interlocking pillars designed to heal the inside, equip the outside, and raise young people who don't just survive but lead. Together they form a complete pathway from struggle to strength.

Mental Wellness
Safe-space conversations, therapy referrals, and emotional resilience workshops that normalize healing

Mentorship & Identity
Pairing young people with mentors who walk with them through identity, relationships, and life decisions.

Vocational Empowerment
Skills, training, and starter resources so young people can build dignified livelihoods on their own terms

Creative Expression
Dance, music, art and storytelling as entry points to emotional release and self-discovery.

What People Think
I came in carrying so much I couldn't even name. The Youth Project gave me language for my pain — and then it gave me a way out.

Adaeze, 22
Lagos cohort · 2025Before this, I thought wanting to disappear was just how life felt. Now I'm mentoring younger boys. I never thought I'd be the example.

Tunde, 19
Calabar cohort · 2025The vocational training gave me my first real income. The mentorship gave me back my dignity. I don't know which one saved me first.
